not searching
 
Xolox says network ok but it is not returning any files for the searches I have entered. On my transfers page I have the clear finished and aborted box checked but it won't clear anything from that page. Anybody had this problem before? Thanks.

Two things for this problem:

1. What is your Speed set at on the "Tools/Preferences/Network:Uploads Screen?

A low number decreases you search capacity. Try setting it to "Max" (which is befor the number 1) and see if this helps.

2. You might try simply reinstalling the program to fix the other problem. How long has this not been clearing result? Have you tried restarting the program? or even you computer?

You can download the software from www.xolox.nl. (note, you should delete everything that it leaves behind when using the unistall)
