![]() I have been using Xolox for a looooooooooong time and I think it's a great program! However, after I have downloaded over 30GB of data on my D drive, my C drive (which has only 5GB of space before Xolox) now only got a pathetic 30MB left! Why? Because of those .xlx files are taking up at least 4GB of space there. So, my problem (and question) is: can I move those .xlx files to my D drive? I don't want to interrupt the files that I have been downloading as I understand that if those temp .xlx files are missing, downloads will not continue. My D drive has plenty of space, and I did plan to resize my C partition, however, WinME seems to be a very risky platform to do this. Anybody can give me a hand on this? Many thanks, Tera Patrick |

![]() From the preferences|download menu, change the "Save incomplete downloads to..." option to a directory on your D: drive. Then, open up the 'resumeinfo.txt' file in your XoloX program directory and globally search/replace all of the "C:" path's with "D:" and the new path. Be sure to move all the partials from C: to their new directory on D: before starting XoloX! -J Last edited by 3vi1; November 28th, 2001 at 03:37 PM. |
