Default horrible

Ok this is the problem, Xolox will download a file extremely slowly
took me about 3 days to download a 700 MB file..Constantly switching from searching to connecting and active. When it is active downloads range from 1KBS to 100 KBS. Then when the download reaches 98 to 99 percent it will not finish stays in qued or connecting but never becomes active again and when I close the program it gives me two errors or won't shut down at all. I hope there is a way to fix this, If there isn't then this is the most horrible product I have ever used in downloading. I have tried to reinstall the product also to fix the problem but no go. Any answers?
