# of downloads Hi, I was wondering if there was a certain # of downloads I should not go above with Xolox. I say this because lately I download around 30 files at once, but I only complete around 1 every other day. This is probably because the files are relatively rare anime episodes, but, I figured I would ask to make sure. Yes, I have the patch, so that's not the problem. Thanks in advance! |

i find that normaly the fewer downloads i have going at once the faster the d/l speed is. Quite often if i only have one or two going then i can get a speed of 30kbs+ going on one of them and the other is good but not as good. If i go up to 5+ downloading i'm lucky to get 15kbs+ in total between them. you can still have others waiting to transfer - you just pause them and then resume when something has finished. Basically as i see it - the more downloading the slower your total download speed. I dont know why though. Anyone got a more technical answer? |
