Help

Hi,
I am a new user and have a little bit of a problem. When I find the song or pic I want to download it won't let me download it. When I right click on it, the download option does not work. Can someone help me out.

The first thing that comes to mind is that you don’t have a current copy of Xolox.
If the version number is Xolox 1.12 or lower you need to block access to www.xolox.nl with a firewall. Or get a more current version from one of these sites:

1. www.zeropaid.com/xolox/
2. www.geocities.com/xolox_girl/xolox.html
3. http://usenet.freenet.de/article.php...ella&catid=480

The other thing I think of, is the “filestream error > 1” problem. Xolox saves incomplete files in a TEMP folder in the Xolox folder. This TEMP folder might not be created. So create a folder called TEMP in the Xolox folder. That should solve the “filestream error > 1” problem.
And also make sure that you have the right download folder specified in preferences.

If one of these options doesn’t fix things, maybe you can tell a little more about the problem.

Also, Xolox should start a download if you double click on an item too.
