99% and queud????? help me this is the 2nd time already

I try to download a movie, i wait 2 hours and when it hits 99% it stops downloading and i'm queud. so i say, lets try again, but same story AGAIN.
ANYTHING I CAN DO ABOUT THIS????? maybe i should mention that the movie is cky3.mpg
