In SEARCH, when I am searching for a field and click on it, the options don't pop up. For instance, if I click on audio, the only thing that shows is "Filename". How do I get the title, artist, record, etc. options?

By choosing one of the search types, you can search for one catagory of file. If you search for audio, you will only get results for audio files. (mp3, wav, ogg, ect.) This does not change the information displayed in the search window. Xolox displays information about a file (most of the time it is not available) in the info column. This usually consists of a bitrate, a frequency, and the playing time.
