Programs and Other Items Being Upload NOT on my computer

I need someone to explain this to me or help me. I am worried since I see things in the upload that are not on my computer at all let alone for sharing!!

I took a screen shot of it. I have it if someone wants to review it. The really troublesome thing is there are icons with no name that are being uploaded. Then comes the program that was uploaded that is not on my computer.

Exactly the same problem. Unnamed icons being uploaded, and once or twice file names I haven't recognised. I guess this is neither here nor there, but files are sometimes uploaded which I used to share, but have moved. They shouldn't be being uploaded by any application so....it is a bit puzzling.

Any ideas anyone?
