Library Folder overun w/ bogus files

I have only down loaded approximately 45 files. My Library folder states that I am sharing 667 files of which most all file sizes are 33.3Mb in size and several at 41.8 Mb.

Does anyone know how to delete these files permanently so that my shared folder shows "0" shared files. Or aleast get rid of all these unwanted files. I manually deleted them only to find them back the next time I activated Limewire.
