 GNUTELLAs won't connect I recently bought a new PC with Windows XP on it. My old PC ran Windows 98SE. All the various Gnutella clients ran on the old PC just fine, but none will connect to any hosts/servers on the WINXP machine. I've tried Gnotella, Bearshare and Peeranha. I have no trouble connecting to any websites and downloading content via Internet Explorer; only these file-sharing services are failing. I've tried all the built in stuff to debug my internet connection, but get nowhere. Any ideas?  |

 As I know XP has a build in firewall, look in your manual to see how to configure it - you have to allow incoming and outgoing traffic for the port 6346! Hope this helps! Morgwen |
