![]() I want to make the ribbon size in Word smaller, as it is occupying too much space in my page. Where do I find the Quick Access Toolbar which, I understand, must be used to change the ribbon size? Thank you for helping me. Joe |

![]() Perhaps I now understand what you are after. See the upward arrow to the far-right of my image above, click it and the ribbon will disappear. Also in Ribbon Preferences there's an option to Expand ribbon when document opens that can be disabled. I've shown the arrow below you can select. ![]() You can also achieve this using a keyboard shortcut or under View menu choose Ribbon. That will either show or hide the Ribbon. |
