One must assume from your comments above that you are in an administrative role... OR, gosh and golly, maybe even a real parent !!! ???

If you need to BLOCK access to so-called Gnutella clients, it is very easy... Far easier than for the millions of university students out there who WANT to enable Gnutella Network connects !

What exactly is it that you wish to do ?
