If I disable all types of files to share, except mp3 files from my default Limewire "shared" folder on my C drive, will Limewire only share the mp3's in that folder with other users?

I have connected into limewire and applyed these settings, and in my connections window (without downloading anything) I sometimes see as many as 5 or 6 different IP's sharing off me

What exactly are they sharing? I dont mind filesharing, but I really need 100% of my connection while gaming, so when Limewire is closed and removed from the system tray, will my connection still be being used to share files?
