Code generating / installing help needed

After finally getting a program installed I am now trying to recover the code to run it.
I have run XP code recoverer and discoverer 5.12 several times. It has generated several (5 so far) codes but when I instal them into the program it says "you have not enter a valid product key."

Am I doing something wrong or do you just keep trying over and over until one of the keys work?
