I'm including everything I can think of. OK.....I have windows xp....Nero....DVD shrink and DVD decrypter and K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack. I CANNOT make a DVD from 3 files I down loaded. They were coming up VLC....but since I down loaded the Codec it shows as 1 MPG and 2 video clips. When I try Nero it shows No Compatible file found. When I try Shrink it shows DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot continue. Failed to open File. AND Finally DVD Decrypter shows Invalid or unsupported image file format. Please help. This is my 1st new CPU since the Apple IIe so I'm a little behing the times here. Tell me what I'm doing wrong and how I do this step by step. Any help will really be appreciated.

The 1st thing you did wrong is not buy another mac (joke) lol What are the file extensions on those files? Also, go to File>Properties & see if there's any xtra info provided. Which version of Nero do you have. I believe it's oonly the most recent version that can burn dvd's & has the mpeg2 codec, otherwise you have to purchase the mpeg2 codec separately.
