my brother's always downloading photos but can never get them open. i've even tried a computer search of the 'AlbumArt' that it'll come out as and it can't find it-but it's there. we've tried launching it and double clicking on them to open them and still nothing. i need help now!!!

What program, if any other than what is with your OS, you are trying to use to view the images

And any other info you think might help others to help you quickly...

i'm using a windows XP computer that uses a cable modem. i'm not sure of the extensions he's been using-he probably uses them all. and i'm not sure what is meant by 'operating system'.
