HEPL!! Why can't I burn these files???

OK I finally downloaded the files I need and went to burn them with my hp cd burner onto a cdr. They come up in my playlist, and they say they are mp3s but when I try to burn them it says that they are the wrong format and I can't burn them. This only happens with files from limewire, I had no problems doing this with napster. What can I do?? Thanks
