Video Soundtracks

Can anyone help me? I've downloaded a video and I want to record only the sound track onto a cd. How do I do it?? Thanks

PLEASE HELP! I downloaded a video with LW, and I want to burn just the soundtrack from the video, complete with the video's other ("background" audio). HOW DO I DO THIS??? THANKS:

You'll need a program that can mux/demux; ie: separate the audio tracks. Have a look here (they even have a forum): http://www.videohelp.com/
If you were using a mac I could make suggestions but I'm not so sure about windows.
