i am new and i try to download a movie and i try to preview it and it is saying that there is nothing that was downloaded what do i do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you saying that you have tried to 'preview' a 'movie file' while it is still downloading ?
If so, this is normal and you will need to wait until the download is 100% completed.
