Default Wrong Class

Hello there again.

I just downloaded a movie of DVD quality to watch.
I'm using WMPlayer 9 updated version. The media file type is avi.
but when i click play it states ' Class Not Registered"

Please help me with this.

Note: My computer does not have a DVDrom so does it effect that io can't watch a dvd movie type? Please help me with this.

First, you do not need a DVD-ROM to view an .avi file...

I am assuming that you are running a Windows Operating System-
If so, try installing a 'pack of CODECS'...

Click on the following link to see another post on installing Nimo Codecs...

If that doesn't solve the problem(s), it may be that the file you are trying to view has some 'problems'.
