DELL DJ (MP3 PLAYER) & Limewire

I have a new DELL DJ (MP3 Player), and the program is not able to find the files in my shared folder or saved folder in order to copy/save the files in my DELL MP3 Player. It is even able to find the files in the Incomplete folder, but not on the Share or Saved folder.
Please help.
