quicktime

I have just downloaded limewire and am anoyed to find out that i dont know how to play the songs i downloaded from it . I have an imac and when i press launch and it goes on to quicktime i dont know what to do. could you please tell me how to play the music on quicktime and how to put it on itunes. thanks
