viruses
 

every program i have downloaded no matter what formate has contained a virus,or worm,as i have the best anti virus protection you can get it spots them straight away.its unfortunate that this is the case becuase i assumed p2p was to to help people get dificult programs they cant get anywhere else.ofcourse i guess many people have files in there limewire folder that they have gotten from limewire and have no idea that they contain viruses.i can not see the point in any body propagating a virus in this way as 98% of people would have an anti virus program,so its a pointless exercise.the 4 essentials i consider as must have are trend pcillen[updates virus definitions 4 times a day]xsoft spyware, microsoft antispyware beta and easttech eraser pro.i dont know how to remove a virus from a program only to quarantine it. if i knew how i would then put it back into the limewire folder,any suggestions?
