can't open files

Hi,

Every time I download a file, after it's completed, and I have the option to "open, save", etc...

When I try to open, the dialog box blinks....and then nothing!

I don't know what I'm doing wrong....any suggestions??

We need to know what format those files are!

Are they audio e.g. MP3?
