Default Scrolling reboots my computer

This just started yesterday. I call up a list..lets say its Viedo-DVD.., I can make one or two scrolls using the scroll down tab...but if I pause for any length of time, the next scroll down will cause my computer to completely reboot as if you had cut the power. The computer reboots by itself.... after is does a disk check... then I can restart any programs I may have had open....Can somebody tell me what is going on here.

Something doesn't seem right there, you may have a virus.

Run Adaware, Spybot (both are free applications) and your anti-virus scanner. I also double check with a free online scanner just to be sure, there is a good one here..

When you're at housecall, it will need to download a small file onto your PC to be able to do the scan, but don't worry, it's perfectly safe

Here is a very good thread to read with lots of info..

I did notice there was a file on my computer that I did not mean to install. I had just started to use Limewire and was checking out the controls. I hit by mistake a download. It downloaded very fast and was gone. I didn't hink much about it at the time and was ready to log off . The next day the problem started. I just ordered PC-Cillin and ran a free scan from Trend...Nothing found thus far. When PC-Cillin downloads I'll do a complete scan.
