e-mail getting rejected
 

I just joined and paid for limewire. I have been downloading a few songs for starters. I had a few questions and whenever I type in my e-mail address to ask a question ....it says the email is not valid with lime wire pro.....try another email......That is the only email I have and the one I used to sign up. What's going on? So I have 3 questions. 1. Why is my email addresss being rejected? 2. How do I find out what my cd burning program is and 3. Limewire doesn't have it's own cd burning with this program? Can someone help me?

You'll know for sure if you have pro if you go to LW's menu bar, Help>About LW & it should say LW Pro. As in the example below.

Thank you for your help. I did go under the help menu and it shows about LW. When I clicked on it the same screne came up as in your message. So, I tried my email again to see if it worked and it rejected again.:confused:
