(VTV) ??? Closing down my mediaplayer
 

Hi there,

I hope you people can help me out. I have downloaded an episode of a serie a couple of times. It seems to have been succesfull. But everytime I try to open the file, my mediaplayer says an error has accured and it needs to shut down.

The filename has hdtv-lol(VTV). I used to be able to watch files with just hdtv-lol. Does this have to do with the (VTV)? And if so, can anyone tell me what it is and how to work it? I have downloaded several codecs. But geez .. I am blonde and don't know what the heck I am doing.

Help would much be appriciated!!

Try VLC - (click on link) __ (choose nearest mirror site) it has in-built codecs. It's an ugly player but it's very effective where others tend to fail.

I downloaded the VLC; but it wouldn't work. However I did download a program called Gspot, which gave me the information I needed to find the right decoder.
