transferring from CD or ipod to limewire

Hi, I'm new at Limewire and I want to transfer some music from origiinal CD's i bought to limewire. Can I do this? Can someone tell me how I can do this. Can I also share from my Itunes to my limewire library. How do I do this.

Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks
