RealPlay's *.rmvb extension
 

I currently have files I downloaded for the TV series 4400 with a files extension *.rmvb. RealPlayer is supposed to be able to play them, but WinDVD, Windows Media Player, AND DivX Player won't or can't play a *.rmvb extension. Since I use DivX Player, WinDVD Player, and Windows Media Player, what can I do with *.rmvb extension files so I can play them on my computer, but, above all, be able to use InterVideo's WinDVD Creator to burn those file extensions to a blank DVD, and that's the only DVD Burner I have right now, is there a codec or way to Burn *.rmvb extensions using Intervideo's WinDVD?
