limewire has experienced an internal problem
 

I downloaded my first movie with little problem. Now, limewire keeps crashing, and sometimes when it crashes all previous downloaded material gets lost as well. I have been trying now for a week without success. I get a message saying "limewire has experienced an internal problem". I've got Windows XP, updated virus and antispyware etc.

Try deleting your preferences folder. This link should help. If you cannot find your folder please post back as it MIGHT be somewhere else.
