Flash to mpeg

Is it possible to change a Flash file over to a mpeg or avi? I have a file that I want to upload into YouSendIt but it's in Flash format and YouSendIt won't upload that type of file. Does anyone know how I can convert this type of file into a mpeg or avi?:confused:
