just dowloaded.. need help
 

i just downloaded LimeWire Basic.. whenever i search for something nothing ever comes up.. it says its still connecting to the network.. its been saying the same thing for about 45 minutes.. is it supposed to do this?

Go to the LimeWire section of the forum, then on to 'Connection Problems'. Have a look at the stickies (in red), these might help. Otherwise, use the search button (top right, between 'faq' and 'home'). There is a hell of a lot of info about all sorts off connection probs. If you can't find an answer, then post in the 'Connection Problems' section. Don't forget to give info like O/S, LimeWire version, Java version, connection type etc.
