change settings in windows please help
 

hi i would really love some help.

every time i access the internet i have a white background and the fonts are all funny and large

please can you help me fix this

so i checked the link you gave me and its not related to my problem.

I think there is definately a problem with my settings.

what are you using as a browser?

Like the program you're using now to access this forum site. eg: Internet Explorer, Netscape, Opera, Firefox, etc.

OK so its internet explorer

in internet explorer (I.E.) look on the top left of your screen, and you will see 'Tools'..click on that..on the first page that comes up (general) you will see at the bottom a button named fonts...

mine are:

Language script: Latin based

Web page font: Times New Roman

Plain text font: Courier New

check and see what yours are...and perhaps if they are different, change to the above...

for the colors button, I have my settings as 'use windows colors'

for the accessibility button, I have no boxes checked...
