i just downloaded this program and with every song i try it says, needs more sources, it works with my friend steves but not with mine what do I do

If memory serves me, I believe that the more files you have to offer will help with downloads. As I understand some of the fine print, the sharing works better if you have files to share so you can be one of the sources. The download formula is exponential. It expands faster as the sources are activated.

Try adding some songs to your LimeWire download directory. Borrow some from your friend to kick start your ability.

Yes, you can check the "Freeloader" box. I'm sure many do. I haven't checked mine. We all start somewhere so why should I refuse to help someone get started. Maybe it's beacuse at my age I realize how short life is.
