Question Copy downloaded music

Help?? I am a brand new user of LM and I've never even downloaded music before. I downloaded a few songs on LM, and I can listen to them on LM. I am such a novice... is there a way I can copy these to a cd in a format that I can play on a regular CD player??
Thanks for all your help.
