questions: do limewire downloads get registered to anyone?

can someone tell me do limewire downloads get registered to anyone i e police or other authorities ive afriend term used loosely at the moment who as borrowed my pc and downloaded things that im worried about i need to know if this shud be reported because its my pc and i dont want to be blamed for this any help would be appreciated

also could someone on here please tell me how i am able to download mov and avi downloads i must ave to download something to get this
