Need Help Again burning dvd

i POSTED THIS EARLERI YESTERDAY BUT i NEED MORE HELP
I DOWNLOADED AVI MOVIE. i NEED TO FIT 2 1/2 HOURS OF MOVIE TO A DVD 4.7 AND CHANGE THE WIDESCREEN TO NORMAL. i HAVE NERO AND DOWNLOADED SUPER. i WAS TOLD TO USE NERO AND CHANGE ASPECT RATIO. WHAT RATIO DO I USE WHEN I CHANGE IT. AND HOW CAN I COMPRESS OR BREAK IT UP TO COPY ON TWO DVD'S
