nope you need burning software to do that

Windows Media Player can do this

Nero too (most popular burn software)

www.nero.com (there is a free trial)

If youre using Mac then I have no idea ;)

Oh and by the way use the search before posting. This has been asked and answered numerous times

every time i try to open a playlist or a song it says unexpected file format

Sleepless September 9th, 2006 02:43 PM

What format are these songs. It will not burn from playlists I think

You need to post more info or you will just leave me guessing

Like format of the songs for one (mp3, wma, m4a etc)

If you are trying to drag and drop from limewire. I don't think it works with Windows

I have downloaded VLC Media Player & it works a treat (I didn't know about codec issues etc) and plays avi files etc.

My next question is how do I amalgamate 2 avi files into a DVD ? I have a DVD burner & I have Nero, is this enough or do I need another program ?

I have WinMPG Converter .... but don't know how to use it :o I don't understand what it wants or where to find the input & output files.

If anyone understands what I'm trying to say & can offer some advice it'd be greatly appreciated.

Yep I understand what you mean...As I've battled with 2 Avi's and Nero for the last couple of weeks....

You can try placing both files into Nero Vision and see if it comes out ok...Mine wouldn't the audio was out of sinc...

So I converted the files using Super and then placed them into Nero Vision and it finally worked...(make sure you use RW Discs or you may go through heaps of them)

This is the link for Super (it's free)
