Recording Software
 

I've been using a free program to edit audio recordings for about an year, but I'm beginning to find that it doesn't really do all I want it to do. Can anyone suggest another similar program - a bit more advanced?

Audacity is the best "free" version I know of. There's both mac & windows versions of it. But be aware that the manual, plug-in enabler, etc. are separate downloads: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/windows.php

I like FlexiMusic Wave Editor, although its pretty simplistic, it gets the job done and is great.
