Picture but no sound?
 

:mad: argghh! WHY does this happen? I downloaded a 90 minute avi file,,perfect pic, but no sound! Should I delete & try again?

Also Im not able to "preview" the avi before it is downloaded,,,I "use" to be able to do that....Hmmmmm:confused:

any suggestions?

What player are you using? You might need codecs! Click on the link below, you'll find info about codecs & also a link for VLC player. It's free, comes with codecs installed & is a good player:wink: Just choose the nearest mirror site for download

I have G-spot now & i just re-read it,,it says to "locate suitable codecs based on "format" & 4CC. this doesnt help me understand it more,,,*sigghh*
What exactly is VLC media player?

BTW...I dont use NERO to burn my downloads,,I use a program that came with it called...Power producer Gold. Nero has always givin me problems.
Maybe i should try it again, Its been awhile. ;-(

I have another question..in My Library under saved i have a bunch of files in RED print called "Album art"...What are they? & can i delete them?

The album art files are a part of the descriptive "id3 tag" which accompanies every audio file. You need an id3 editor to open the tag and then you can delete the artwork and make any other alterations you want to make. Personally I use iTunes to do this, I also use a Mac on which things are a bit different, so I cannot give you more helpful imformation about id3 tag editors for windows, I'm afraid.... But google is your friend :D
