Zip virus message Hi all, I continue to get an error message when opening most all of the zip files I have downloaded saying it containes a virus, and the action is cancelled. Has anyone else experienced this? I certainly dont want a virus, but someone said this might just be a hoax to prevent opening many files. Many thanks for your help. TNMarme |

I would sugest scanning zip files with antivirus agent before attempting to open anything you have downloaded,wherever it came from. I found a worm/vb inside a zip file from this network,and have also found that some 'tracks' arent what they would appear to be,as some contain ads and links to other sites. use your virus kit, its worth it....... |
NOt able to open zip fiiles DOes anyone know of a way to download music without it zipping it? I searched for some music and ALL the responses were zipped files and I to cant open them without the virus warning....sort of annoying after about 20 attempts to download a CD!!! |
