Virus Help

I got a virus I am not sure what it is or how to get rid of it but whenever I open a browser I get a popup, theres no other problem with my computer but it is VERY annoying, anyone know how to fix this?

hi just wanted to tell you i downloaded AVG anti spyware and you are apsolutely correct it is very good it cleared my problem. I could not get rid of the message i was getting even though i deleted lime wire .
