DVD rom

I have a dvd burner and a dvd rom how do I get model number, manufacter and firmware version 4 the DVD-ROM??:confused:

Are you asking about a DVD ROM disk or a piece of firmware?

As for the DVD Burner, it's information should come up when you switch on your PC and just before Windows starts up.

The DVD players details, like the burner, should come up when you switch on your PC and just before Windows starts up. Remeber to press F8 repeatedly as you switch your PC on.
