help needed (files won't download 'need more sources')

complete newbie here so please be patient with me
i`m trying to download a few tracks to save to my hard drive but all i ever get is the message "need more sources"
now i`m not completely dumb but i`ve tried to download these tracks from numerous sources, am i just been blocked cos i`m a newbie, i`ve aslo allowed other members to share the music i already have on my pc.
i`m using windows xp & connected via braodband
am i doing something wrong ???

If files sit connecting for ages & then get stuck needing sources forever, they're fake files. They won't ever download. Try the All Types search & vary your search terms...look for artist or album rather than song title. Stay away from files with the huge numbers of sources, go for a file with 10 sources or less, or files with a modem source.
