No. That will simply copy the mp3's to the disk. What you want to do is burn them in Audio CD format.

Select Playlist -> File menu -> Burn to disc (click image to enlargen in size)

I want to change the ITunes MP3 format to WMA format, then burn to CD-itunes-burning.gif
