Today I acciedently clicked on this nice little file. But i can't remove it keeps saying file is in use any suggestions

reboot and then immediately delete the file from your saved folder...if this fails hit F8 repeatedly upon rebooting again and that should put you to the bootup menu where you need to choose 'boot into safe mode without networking' then try to delete it....reboot to get out of safe mode
