If your burner software cannot burn them, then simply convert the files to WAV / AIFF before burning.

I use a mac so not sure about windows. But Toast Titanium can burn from FLAC files on a mac. Seems to be able to read the FLAC's id3 tags also. I presume Roxio Creator can also do the same for windows. Input formats for Roxio Creator are Audio: Audio CD, MP3, WAV, WMA, Dolby® Digital AC-3, AAC, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC, M4A, MP4, Playlists (WPL, ASX, M3U, PLS, XSPF).

Nero I have no idea about. Someone else might know, I'm sure it's about equivalent. But then again, both Nero and Creator are commercial burners, there might be free ones out there that can handle FLAC. Else as suggested at beginning, convert to WAV (do not convert to mp3.)

A simple converter is Switch, which is free. Audio formats it can handle are Formats for Switch

Nero needs a special .dll file to read/burn FLAC

An easy to use really good free burn program is burrrn.net - The home of Burrrn and Mr QuestionMan
