Default Bug Report

It keeps telling me that there is a bug and I have to close down XoloX. It says to send a bug report and in order to do that you have to push proceed. so i push proceed and the website doesn’t load it just sits there forever not loading or else says THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED.
