Good Programs to have when using fileshares

These are two programs I would recomend having when using any fileshare system. Ad-Aware and Pop Up Stopper.
I think both are available at download.com.
Pop Up Stopper will stop most pop up adds and Ad-Aware will remove most hidden program bombs in files that you download.
Both are great programs to have when using the net in general too.
