Default Connection problem

Downloaded XOLOX today, and all seemed well. Tryed a search and got only one hit. Tryed a second search and got"Xolox must close now." Clicked OK and Xolox closed and then I restarted Xolox. Now when ever I open Xolox, in the lower left corner, it keeps saying "connecting to network," "Network OK." "connecting to network, " etc. If I try a search I get no returns.

Thanks for any help.

Having the same sort of problem here as well, ie. "Connecting to the Gnutella network". Been that way for about a week now. Any advice would be appreciated.

I.m not an expert but what I would do (and it almost always works with problems of this sort) is just to delete all XoloX files from your disk then simply download a new file.

This way, you will get the latest version with any known bugs fixed and any files that might have been missed or corrupted in your original download will (hopefully) by sorted out.

yea it's a shame ... the 'connecting' issue is more and more common and we've had the 'connection problem' link on the site offering a fresh hostlists for well over a week.. now it's just sending to get a more recent build from cnet i believe.
The developers have been working extra hard to put a new version out... veeery soon. It is much improved with connectivity and searches, some much requested features, and some new things that is only opening the way for a lot more in builds after it.
